Documentation Services: Carrier, may at its option, perform any or all of the services listed below. Where such services are performed the charges shown will apply:

Between Canada and Foreign Ports:

Note 1: If shipper tenders up to 39 cft/1999 lbs of LCL cargo with one or more barrels or pallets as one delivery at the same time on the same tally, the LCL cargo will be

rated based on the Weight or Measure (whichever yields the greatest revenue) commodity rate and will be subject to all applicable accessorials EXCEPT the Bill of lading

processing charge. LCL cargo delivered as described herein is exempt from the Minimum Bill of Lading (Trop Ex) rates but subject to TVR or Service Contract rates if applicable.

Documentation Handling Charge - A Documentation Handling Charge shall be applied locally at destination for all referenced shipments to ports

shown below. This charge is in addition to the bill of lading processing fee.

A Documentation Handling Charge shall be applied for FCL and LCL shipments moving between Canada and all ports when Customer requires Carrier to upload

an invoice to the Customer's Account Payable Website.
